These rules apply only to the markets in Wisconsin as described below.

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, Nevada, AND WASHINGTON WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER.  VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF WISCONSIN AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of General Motors, LLC (“Sponsor”), American Hole ‘n One (“Administrator”), Huddle, Inc. (“Promoter”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win.  Eligible individuals associated with the Chevrolet Youth Baseball league and/or parks are eligible to enter.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion.  Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

TO ENTER:  Between April 1, 2010 and July 31, 2010 (“Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Chevrolet Youth Baseball representatives will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community during the Entry Period, while supplies last. To receive one (1) entry, complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by July 31, 2010, or (ii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Chevrolet Youth Baseball – Milwaukee LMA Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2227, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2010 and received by August 6, 2010 to be eligible. Or 2) to enter without obtaining an entry ticket, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Chevrolet Youth Baseball – Milwaukee LMA Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2227, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2010 and received by August 6, 2010 to be eligible.  You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately.  Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.   

WINNER SELECTION:  One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 16, 2010 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator’s sole discretion.  

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive a 2010 Chevy Equinox (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) not to exceed $24,995).  Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment.  Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Administrator’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on his/her ticket. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership near winner’s residence specified by Administrator. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes.  Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value.  All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion. 

GENERAL CONDITIIONS:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen or inaccurate entries; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any promotion-related materials.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the promotion be, in Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries receive prior to action taken.  Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Huddle, Inc., American Hole 'n One and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any harm or injury resulting from the use of the vehicle) or participation in this promotion.  Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its respective designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
