This forum area is devoted to conversations among League Organizers. Most league organizers are responsible for all operations within their local league, such as fundraising, scheduling games and umpires, organizing concession stand management, overseeing the participant registration process, and distributing all necessary information to the coaches, participants and their families.
We are a newly-formed league. I would love some feedback on different fundraisers other leagues have done.
Our league is ready to upgrade equipment for the next season. Does anyone have any strategies for finding/negotiating the best price on quality equipment?
